After a court proceeding this afternoon, where my wife accompanied me as a lark, we went to a good Mexican restaurant and ordered (and consumed) a big meal indeed, soup to nuts. Since I needed a smoke, I left my wife to pay the bill and went outside. When she joined me, reporting the tab, I was astonished at the low cost. Pressed, she explained that our margaritas were half-price since it was happy hour. Then, gasp, she proceeded to explain -- for the first time ever -- that our charming waiter had given us a 15% senior-citizens' discount based just on our looks! Talk about a mixed blessing.

A waiter that give you a Senior discount is a good guy. I hope you gave him a nice propina. ;D
I never mind getting a discount based on anything.
If they charged me more because they thought I was exceptionally handsome, I am pretty sure I'd bitch about it. :o
