Migration flows in the US

Here  is a chart that shows migration from and to each of the 50 states.

It turns out that more people are moving to FLORIDA than to Texas, and there are sizable numbers of Texans migrating to California as well as vice versa.

I think the main reason people are coming to Florida is the weather first and the affordability second. We donot spend a lot staying warm in the winter here.

It seems to have omitted South Dakota, and does not say why. Surely more people some and go there than to Delaware or Wyoming.
After reading this, I see that he omitted migrations of under 10,000, so Montana, Vermont and South Dakota are not listed on the chart.

Alaska seems to be losing people. I thought that was a bit surprising.
