Allah Akbar and variants (Allahu Akbar is another version) simply means "God is Great!".

Ok great.....lemme know next time you see a headline of someone purposely
crashing airliners to kill all on-board screaming "Jesus Saves" or slaughtering
school children in Russia, slaughtering Americans at Fort Hood, or decapitating
journalists screaming "Jesus Saves".
