There are a lot of information signs that do not fit that standard.
and why should they?
where will that insane path lead?...every street/hwy sign in 10 different languages?

if I go to China, Russia, Poland, or Italy I don't expect all the traffic signs to be in English too.
you pretend there would be chaos, when all over the world there's not
of course mr literal you cant outlaw a language
but you can make English the official language
and people either learn it or they don't get catered to in some foreign language
all job apps, all voter cards, all govt forms, all classrooms need to be in English only
official government business at all levels would be conducted solely in English.
This includes all public documents, records, legislation, regulations, hearings, official ceremonies & public meetings
using English will get you ahead in almost all cases here in the United States
the English language is the common thread that Americans of all backgrounds can share
currrently 31 states have some form of "English Official Language" as law
