I had no idea programs on this forum had the ability to like or dislike or even have feelings one way or the other. But people on this forum that dislike you or even like you can and do have feelings.

By saying that the spellchecker in this forum did not "like" the spelling 'checquer', I was anthropomorphizing it.Since you seem incapable of understanding the concept of personification of nonhuman entities, I will rephrase it.
The spellchecker in this forum indicates that it does not find the spelling of the word "checquer" to be acceptable, by placing a squiggly red line beneath it. It does accept the spelling "checker", as it does not place a squiggly red line beneath the word when spelled in the latter fashion.
I trust that this meets with the abilities of your intellect.
My cat seems to find this simplification adequate.

So you would rather be thought of as a defective computer than a doofus neighbor who does occasionally ridiculous deeds?

It doesn't matter to me one way or the other. You have your opinions and I wouldn't want to change them. I know deep down inside that you really like me though.
