gender dysphoria
« on: October 16, 2014, 08:05:00 PM »
Quote
.....Debra DeMeis, the dean of students, told me the administration had not yet worked out how to be a women’s college at a time when gender is no longer considered binary. ....

This is a pretty good article , though it is nonjudgmental.

I have not talked to a lot of people about this , but I am not really a man entirely, I feel trapped in this body, though I was born a human being I identify myself as a horse. The extensive surgery I need to fix my species dysphoria what with the transplantation of hooves and added muscle , tail and mane ,not to mention the skull extensions and dental work is available only at extreme expense and is as pioneering as a moonshot.

Lucky thing that the surgery might be covered with the Affordable Healthcare Act.

Both women's colleges and Black colleges (and also all-male institutions) once had their place, but society has changed to such a degree that they n longer serve the same role as they used to.

If you want to be a horse, then you do not need any school. You should hang out at the track or find a dog and devise your own dog and pony show.

I am not athletic enough for the track, besides are there not rules that restrict horseraces to born horses?

Perhaps the last bit of prejudice .

If you want to be a woman, that makes some sense.
If you want to be a horse, you are just barking mad.

What makes these two things different at all?

men and women are human beings, they belong to the same species.

people and horses are of different species. Horses are by human standards, stupid.

This is an idiotic dialogue.

the NAACP should also be abolished as well as the Congressional Black Caucus

That is an interesting thought.

I thought you liked the Constitution.  The right to assemble peaceably is guaranteed by said Constitution.

Being as the members of these organizations wish them to exist, their desire to keep them in existence is guaranteed by the Constitution, while your desire to abolish them is not.

Why not just say you want to abolish Black people? Why stop at one stupid remark when your actual desires are still hidden and you could make a totally stupid remark instead?

I think the KKK should be abolished as well, but I think they have the constitutional right to march and assemble.

I did not say these organizations should or can be outlawed.

on the subject of women's college it just simply to matter of demand. mills college financially  could not keep that format and eventually became slightly male unfriendly college.  may sound sexist but it seems in general terms female alumi`s tend to be less supportive financially supportive.

kkk is a funny group did you know they are a Christian terrorist group that people simply won`t acknowledge is one. the burning of the cross somehow just don`t register.

So you say that these organizations "s SHOULD BE ABOLISHED" but somehow being abolished is nothing at al, like getting them outlawed. nonono.

So, if not the government, who is going to abolish them?  God?  Vigilantes? Or perhaps Mitt Romney will come arounf=d and tell them how to "self-abolish".

CU4, you make no damned sense.

None.

That is true , but most Christians don't acknowledge their authority.

What is the subtle difference between abolishing an organization and outlawing it. Outlawing means making it illegal, does it not? What entity can make something illegal besides a government?

The American Whig party is defunct .

It was never outlawed or "abolished" on purpose, it just failed to hold together and its membership abandoned it , it lost its central purpose and was killed by its uselessness.

It would be very nice if the NAACP would disband because no one felt need for it , but this isn't happening right now.

Perhaps it can , wouldn't that be something to celebrate if it were to become unneeded?

Perhaps it could disband with a party.

The KKK is not outright outlawed , but the RICO statute can be used against it , so it is almost outlawed. It isn't gone , but it isn't very effective and is a shadow of its former self.  More because it is not cool to join anymore than any other reason.
