Viewing nipples and the apparent complex that these dolts have to protect the nipples of NC from being ogled have is not a logical thing to legislate against.
While I agree that fat old hairy men in speedos is something I do not wish to see, I suggest that merely averting one's eyes should suffice. I deem that mandatory nudism in SF or anywhere else is hardly likely to be legislated.
I have nothing against clearly labeled nude beaches or nudist camps.
I agree with BSB that these days, this sort of legislation to enforce prudery could only be proposed in the South. CT and MA used to have a lot of prudes, buy time and old age have removed them from the electorate.
I doubt that this stupid proposal will actually result in any laws being passed.
