Don't be at all surprised if this story plays out as an "October Surprise" where Obama takes credit for killing the head of ISIS a few weeks before the election.
Obama will claim "see we (me and Hillary) killed the head Al Queda Bin laden and now we've killed the head of ISIS".
But right now they are saying nothing because if the ISIS guy lives they don't want to get tagged with a failure.
They are waiting to see if he dies....
If he does it will be Obama/Hillary "beat my chest" time.
Most world events are not accidents and are planned precisely by the Globalists.
They've known where this ISIS guy was, but see they waited until they needed his death to help with an election.

Killing the head of Isis would be a very good thing. If as a result Hillery won,. it would be an even better thing. It is President Obama's job to remove those who threaten Americans.
