Arpaio is the Prick of the Century: the nineteenth century.

No one gets educated in anything vaguely useful in any Arizona prison.

Arpaio is a grandstanding clown that has cost the citizens millions in wrongful arrest suits.

This encapsulates the reason that Liberals don't understand Conservatives and Libertarians.

Why we don't understand Liberals is another matter , probably I wouldn't understand any succinct explanation.

I understand Libertarians perfectly: they are selfish pricks.
I also understand Conservatives: they have already managed to glom onto special favors and deals and are unwilling to share. They are slightly more complicated selfish pricks, as they think that God works through them. Jesus wants less government, for example.
