I agree, WTF, but then again, if the device actually works, it could pay for itself with the oil recovered. Costner does not sound like a dummy to me, and he has apparently hired some pretty bright people to come up with this. Why not give it a try, at least? The worst that could happen is that the oil would continue to float in the Gulf.

hey, I`m not against it also, it`s just a surprise.
but I give mega credit that exxon incident spurr costner and not anybody else to do this.
he didn`t make that device,but he made sure it actually had a fighting chance to be real.
if it didn`t work I`m not gonna blame him. I admire the effort.
pretty sure 25 mil. is no easy thing for him to do.
