The Paris terrorists were NOT Syrian refugees, but French and Belgian citizens and residents.
Some of them were, but I see this as intentional on the terror organizations part.
It fits their purpose to make their victims unwelcome where they might escape.
So a couple of these guys were identifiable as refugees, one even had his Syrian passport on him.
It was already hard to escape the Caliphate, the Caliph might like it better if it were impossible. ,
