This article is so sad.  Haggard is pronounced "Completely heterosexual" but is advised to move away, and go into secular work. 
My own personal interpretation of that is,  everyone in Colorado Springs is shunning him like he has the plague,  and he's too tainted to continue ministry.

I wish him and his wife the best.

He should become an episcopal and start his own gay-friendly church.

Should a preacher that fails by drinking too much start a inebriated freindly church?

Haggard's only "failure" was lying about his sexuality.

He didn't fail by being gay.
