But if you are North Korean you may need to learn English without getting too interested in the world outside.

The photos are interesting. North Korea does not look as shoddy and grubby as parts of South and Central America I have visited, but Koreans are pretty neat people, and not much like Latin Americans. What I do note is that the cities are drab and boring. The favorite colors deem to be fifty shades of grey.

I really doubt that much of this is true.

I imagine that the US Navy is hard at work on underwater robodrones. It would make sense to build such things, at any rate.
I am not sure what they would use to relay signals from underwater and miles away, but I am pretty sure they have some way of doing this.

Underwater communication is a American strength.

We use very long wavelength radio. No one else has it.

This has two disadvantages , it is very expensive , and it is one way, the submarines can be instructed , but they cannot return the call.

Underwater robots are in use a lot already , mostly where they can be used on a tether.

Submarines are entirely a threat while their location is unknown, entirely vulnerable when their location is known.

The generation of sub this is cannot hide from the later generations of submarine detection, so its threat is limited.
