First of all this happen about 15 years ago in the same Canadian city.

Secondly, are you saying that elsewhere the cops might have killed for no reason? And do you have an elsewhere in mind?

And BTW, you got it right the first time. This was a full scale riot, not a mere disturbance.

I was thinking of the Palestinians walking into Israel, actually. It would be a huge incident if the Mounties had killed that many rioters, no matter how rowdy they were.
