Do you understand why Kim Jong Il felt he had to defy the US and the world and detonate a nuclear device? Who can say why madmen think and act the way they do? Several theories have been posted as to why Saddam felt he should hide the fact that he had no WMD and make everyone think he did. Who can say for sure, other than Saddam himself?
