Agreed and I think we should get extremely aggressive with anyone, any country
giving shelter to IslamoNazis. We know who they are....Pakistan, Iran, Yemen.
These countries should be given deadlines...comply or be destroyed....why should

That is how you would make it easy, I imagine that there was a certain number of innocent persons in Tokio when we intentionally started the firestorms that ravaged the city.
We had the motivation to carry out the deed in 1942-45 that we don't have now, what we have now is better delivery of better bombs but we don't have the motive that we had then.

The Palestinians are the people who lived in Palestine: they speak Arabic and think of themselves as Arabs, but genetically, they are descendants of Jews and Christians who converted to Islam centuries ago, as well as some Christians who never converted, and you would find DNA from everyone who has ever lived in that area, from Canaanites to Hittites, to Egyptians, Persians, Parthians, Babylonians, European Crusaders.

The US has been more lenient at admitting Christian Arabs than Muslims to the US (and they have been more desirous to immigrating) and the percentage of Palestinian Christians has declined over the years.

The right wing Israelis claim that Palestinians do not exist: that these people were just Arabs who drifted in after the Jews came in the 1940's and heard that they were paying to sweep the streets.

The truth is that everyone born there should have exactly the same rights, regardless of religion, language or culture.

   Somewhere less than eliminating the nation of Japan we conquered them, then we wrote their constitution. Six decades pass and now they are influential far in excess of their numbers and their constitution is working better than ours.

   Japan sank nearly a quarter of our Navy on the first day of our war with them , is fighting Al Quedia really that much more formidable? Our fear of loosing was stronger then , we are almost in comparison accepting of our potential losses now because they don't seem to be all that big of a threat.

  I think this could change if the opposition becomes more capable of inflicting harm and engendering fear, after that the preservation of the innocent will move down another notch in priority and bombing can deserve the appelation "carpet" again.
