Note two things here

Note two things here:
1. The border isn't secure, tell that to Mr Obama
2. This article comes from a British news outlet, not an American news outlet.

U.S. border guards got a surprise when they searched a Mexican BMW and found a hardline Muslim cleric - banned from France and Canada - curled up in the boot.

Said Jaziri, who called for the death of a Danish cartoonist that drew pictures of the prophet Mohammed, was being smuggled into California when he was arrested, along with his driver Kenneth Robert Lawler.

The 43-year-old was deported from Canada to his homeland Tunisia in 2007 after it emerged he had lied on his refugee application about having served jail time in France.

Did this guy have anything to say? Was there perhaps an innocent reason he wantedd to spend some time in California?

Perhaps he wanted to pick some crops ?

The Border Patrol is successful at keeping this guy out, and yet you still criticize the President.

If he got in, you would not blame the Border Patrol, you would again blame the President.

You are not to be taken seriously.

The article is confusing.

That indicates he wasn't caught at the border, he had already made it across. He was caught in transit to San Diego
