Personally, I LIKE the "Babe of the Day" app on my 'droid phone. And unlike Apple's marketplace, no one can stop them from distributing it.

as soon as my contract is over I`ll probly goto droid.

depending on what it can do
ex. can it read a flash card
can it load stuff easy.

I heard apple uses some kind of email func to load apps.

apple is too computer dependent for my taste.

with my pocket pc, I can load stuff on the card on any computer and use it later

but I gotta admit that touch screen  interface incredible

does the droid have the same interface?

My 'droid has a slot for a microSDHC card, I currently have an 8GB card in it. I can either remove the card and put it into a computer to load stuff (or pull off pictures & videos) or I can leave the card in the phone and hook the phone directly up to the computer via a USB cable. For adding apps, you can either download them directly over the air via Edge / 3G / WiFi or copy them onto the SD card and load them that way. My 'droid has a touch interface plus a slider keyboard. Other models are, like the iPhone, keyboard free.

This is the phone I currently have. I've totally skinned it, so the interface looks nothing like what's shown in the pics - I have a steampunkish theme going.

Yeah, but it really sucks the battery. I used it to watch some TV shows during flights when I went on vacation a few weeks ago and I had to recharge as soon as I got into the rental car at the other end. Works, but make sure you can recharge.
