McCain is suffering because he is not "conservative enough" or was it "black enough" for the Party. So, in that vein, it isn't surprising that Ann Coulter, a conservative bastion, would not be enthused about a McCain Presidency. James Dobson has indicated the same.
Since Hillary will probably still be elected, it is somewhat irrelevant. (Go Obama!)
On that thought, if I were the Dems, I would be somehow bringing Iraq to the forefront and thereby "punish" the Republicans. Now, it is no longer on the frontburner due to recent economic news.
