First thing's first

Once the GOP take control of the Senate, 1st order of business is to make a list of all tbe bills passed by the House, in particular all the bipartisan bills, that Reid would not allow any Senators to vote on, demonstrating precisely who exactly was in charge of the "do-nothing" congress

Then we take those bills, and one after the other, bring them up for a vote.  The bills are either voted up or down, allowing the electorate to observe actual governing

Many of the bills Harry Reid was blocking have bipartisan support.

I know.  But apparently they weren't politically palatable to Democrats in general, and Obama specifically.  I mean, screw the bipartisan support, and if its beneficial to the country....if it causes grief to the Democrat base, we can't be having that now
