Rumor of rape , costs a team captain his position on a winning team.

But because there is no victim report on file there is no official action.

So there really should be a high priority on making the campus a safe place for students , rape and other assaults ought to be discouraged in every practical way.

But is rumor enough?

Should a student vaguely accused be cost status or ranking by virtue of witch hunting?  Is due process a bad idea in this case?

no no you don`t understand it`s not an issue of rape it`s the hint of sexual misconduct that`s the issue . a man does not need to be guilty anymore. even if he got eyewitness and video proof he would still be guilty by female public opinion.

I remember a case which a student got forced out of school and the group that did it admitted knowing he had no intent but still needed to force him out as a object lesson.

the case was about a   girl who didn`t know she had sex till the boy called her the next day and he was not aware she was drunk. it`s always the man`s fault in this case
