there is no regulation in that part of the world .
if you want to see birth defects just go to any industrial area and check out the kids.

A party isn't a work environment, so I don't see where writing someone up comes in.

I meant it was inappropriate for her to touch his arm(unless it was a bump)
and it still unappropriate for her to do that in a party just that all she can get is a slap in the face.
