John Zogby, president of Zogby International, told a group of businesspeople today that it?s up to Democratic Sen. Barack Obama to convince voters to go with him. If he?s not successful, the country will likely vote for ?a comfortable old shoe?, that being Republican Sen. John McCain.

Despite the books Obama has written, Americans are still asking, ?Who are you, where are you from?,? Zogby said.

So now we know who didn't read the books.

A guy who calls himself a "maverick" is not any sort of comfortable old shoe. He is either a 90% Bushite, or a loose cannon rolling about on the deck, who cannot be counted on to even show up the a debate, because he thinks the bailout is soooo important that he flies off and doesn't even bother to read the proposal on the bailout and even admits it.
