"Clean your plates..."

That one is good.

I liked it, too. I haven't figured the Romanian one out yet, though. It may represent the US, Iraq and Iran, or it may be some local issue. Definitely different, though.

If it ISN'T the US, Iraq and Iran, what else COULD it be?  Interesting style and concept.  The front end of the fish has a human eye and is white, but that doesn't seem to add anything to the message that would have been imparted by an all-green fish with a fish eye.  The smaller "victim" fish looked more like jet fighters than fish to me.

I think it is talking about the US' desire to "eat" IraN after we've eaten IraQ and it has sawed a hole in our side and swum away.

I think so.  Very clever way of showing it.

Maybe it is simply about being careful of what you eat.

You can draw a parallel with either the US/Iraq conflict or the looming US/Iiran conflict but the cartoonist's intent here was more general. A smaller creature, entity, etc. can beat a bigger one if it uses its natural advantages was the message here. His cartoons generally try to debate whole principles and hence, can be applied to many events.
