If there were money in it for anyone to have a National Filipino-American Beauty Pageant, or a National Lao-American Beauthy Pageant such would also be legal. As would be a National White American Beauty Pageant. If there is none, it is because no one would support it by buying tickets or anteing up money to enter their daughters.
