That may be, but they still do it.  Knowing it doesn't have a chance in hell, they do  it anyway.

I just saw this thread higher up.

To BT, I'd say the effect goes way beyond the literal result of the vote.  The fact is it's on the ballot.  People around the world will see this and they'll be reminded of what it was about America that the world used to love.
