      So this man is stopped at the border and can't cross to attend his sons funeral.

       Yes I am a civil servant myself , but there are times that I wonder if we really qualify as a necessacery evil.

This they stop...and its only for the Father to come in temporarily, yet thousands upon thousands get in and are allowed to stay in because.....?
