vegetarians is a mixed crowd. I tend to divide people as who never cared for meat to folks who miss the flavour. the one who never cared are the ones who hate the meat flavored vegetable and think vegetables are good enough.

I do notice not many vegans go to budhist restaurant.

Why do you say that the Internet is unfair to people who cannot digest beans painlessly?

At most it just ignores you, I'd think.

I still cannot think of an effective way to get the vitamins out of a bean into one's system without soaking or boiling said bean. I suppose you could grind the bean up and snarf down the powder, but that seems to be a bit desperate.

I`d just take a PILL.

I`m just pointing out how this bit of info is not easily found in the net. in fact I still haven`t found it.
