Obama has been delivering weaponry and other lethal equipment to the Syrian rebels overtly for quite some time, and probably covertly for even longer. Supplying the rebels trying to overthrow Assad with weaponry and other aid has greatly helped the ISIS become what they are today. Obama and McCain work for the same mafia bosses a.k.a the oligarchy.

The US has not officially announced that it is arming Syrians.
And the photo proving that McCain is buddies with ISL does not prove that the President is also involved.

Of course, it also needs to be proven that the Arabs in the photo are affiliated with ISL.

   I also doubt it , but even if it was not planned and built as flypaper , it can be flypaper now.

     Turkey is very key .

      The Turkish border is a conduit for reinforcements and oil running both ways .

        The Turkish government and military are not accustomed yet to co-operation with Kurdish soldiers.

        If a deal is cut with the Kurds and Turks , if the Turks close their border, if the Kurds and Turks press their advantageous position and greater numbers, if the US serves as the air arm and artillery and supplier, this could be the war that breaks the Isis back and discourages repeats for a generation.

     Perhaps it would not even take long, depends a lot on how completely they can be cut off.

        Nothing is going to produce a happy Syria, but a happy Kurdistan allied with NATO is possible.
