Meat and Poultry: Sicilian Brasciole a la Lena | Submitted By: Anthony J. Canestro
     

A flattened round steak is stuffed with an Italian seasoned bread crumb mixture, rolled up, and tied with kitchen twine. It is then simmered in spaghetti sauce and served with pasta.
