The Republican Party has voted to repeal Obamacare dozens of times.

That is the debate.

You are the one changing the subject.

Only partially correct....the House voted for repeal, but once again, Reid didn't even allow a vote by the Senate, so no, that's not the debate.  The "debate" was about the anniversary of this crap piece of legislation

-----------------------

Now, if you want to change the subject and make this about repeal, we can, but that's not what this thread was about

SHOULD this peice of garbage be repealed?, absolutely.  Will it?, unlikely thanks to Reid not allowing the Senate to vote on it, allowing enough time for getting enough folks hooked into it, like a heroin addict, that any repeal would sound the hyperbolic cries of how the GOP is trying to take away everyone's healthcare

The GOP, that first tried to DENY any healthcare, is now trying to take it away.

That is the debate. Too bad if you are too fooocking stupid to understand that.

No one denied anyone anything.  You keep getting freedom confused with denied.  The only one that denied the poeple anything was Reid, in preventing not 1 GOP proposal to be voted on, thus denying any choices except for the crap peice of garbage, currently being force-fed us, like spoiled spam, and passed on a pure party line basis

If you want to keep wanting to make this change of subject the debate, fine, but that's NOT what this thread or debate was about, and never was.  That's you trying to argue something else.  I understand why you're trying to make it the focus now....because since its likely not going to be repealed, you think you can proclaim how "right" you are, and how "wrong" anyone else would be......at least not until the GOP is in charge of both the Executive and Legislative branches, and only when they can then pass some legislation that can allow a smooth transition of those stuck in the system, away from it, into those plans that Reid would never allow to be voted on in the 1st place.

And don't even try to raise a stink if its passed without 1 democrat vote.

So yea, it won't be repealed......not right now.  And maybe never, if the Dems can run out the clock and get a majority of the citizenry trapped in its bureaucratic web.  But we've dealt with horrid legislation in the past....slavery comes to mind, and managed to abolish that.  So, I'm optimistic we'll manage to deal with this piece of crap eventually as well

I don't think it would be as disruptive to repeal Obamacare , as it will be to complete its implementation.

My family is healthier this year than last , but the deductible and payments have risen enough that my health care cost has doubled anyway.

What exactly is the improvement supposed to be , and does it represent enough improvement to justify the fuss and expense?

Do you know who will want the Affordable Health Care Act repealed the most?

The politicians most connected to support of this albatross , unless it starts working better.

Those who will want it repealed the most are those whose salaries have been exorbitant and will be frozen or reduced.

And they will be unsuccessful.

You mean Doctors?

Is giving a whole class of important professionals a case of chronic frustration really a good idea?

Surely not all doctors, but most assuredly some doctors. Some are underpaid, others are overpaid.

http://www.msn.com/en-us/money/insurance/no-obamacare-sticker-shock-in-2015-heres-why/ar-BB7hoyG

This article states that the increase in rates for health insurance is not large.

To which I might add "Yet".

My personal experience is that the increase so far is large.

There might be a lot of difference depending on the starting points.
