Saudi Arabia has told the Bush administration that it might provide financial backing to Iraqi Sunnis in any war against Iraq’s Shiites if the United States pulls its troops out of Iraq, according to American and Arab diplomats.

King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia conveyed that message to Vice President Dick Cheney two weeks ago during Mr. Cheney’s whirlwind visit to Riyadh, the officials said. During the visit, King Abdullah also expressed strong opposition to diplomatic talks between the United States and Iran, and pushed for Washington to encourage the resumption of peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians, senior Bush administration officials said.

Well we should if their advice is actually the best option.

I don't think it does though.

Lets pretend to understand part of it and thank them for replaceing American Troops with Saudi troops .

The Saudis are not going to send in any Saudi troops. The rulers of Saudi Arabia do not want an experienced army.
They will send money to support their brother Sunnis, just as they always do. Were it not for Saudi Arabia financing fundamentalist Sunnis, the Middle East would be a far more peaceful place.

King Abdullah may be Juniorbush's favorite pal, but his country has caused far more problems for the US government than it has ever solved.

Like the nasty little Shah of Iran, they are NOT OUR FRIENDS, because what they do causes us problems.

Saudi Arabia is already the sorce for a lot of the dollars going twards terrorist orgainsations , but the Saudi Sorce of dollars is Oil buyers .
