Burning pilots alive in cages is not mentioned in the Koran or the Hadit, as there were no pilots when those were written. On the other hand, people who get hit with bombs often do burn to death.  Executions somehow seem worse than acts of war, even though as a rule, executions are usually less cruel and chaotic.
