This would depend. Anyone who wants you to pay them so they will pay you is very unlikely to ever pay you, even if they are a Kenyan, a Sierra Leonese, a Liberian or a Burkino Fasoan. But Nigerians are particularly suspect.

nigeria I think is the birthplace of this type of scam but it spread to alot of countries all over the world
I even get them from taiwan pretending to be a cousin of mine.
which is strange since I don`t know anyone from taiwan,since my people are considered subhuman there.

By "my people", do you mean all mainland Chinese or some particular group you belong to?

I`m taishan in american terms hillbilly
If I ever go to taiwan I`ll only be able get along only by speaking english.
if i speak chinese than I`ll be in trouble since I only speak taishan
my brother in-law hates going to taiwan because everybody treat him as retarded and constantly berates him.which is quite funny because he`s send there to teach them the latest tech for business.
I think I`ll have the same problem in northern china also .us rice eater are not very popular in china
