Our military is being shrunk and used hard. It doesn't have the strength it did in 2008, which was reduced already from where it was in 1986.
Out youngest engineers are being graduated with crushing debt, worse and worse they must work off these debts before they can operate independently or work for themselves, this is a barrier to innovation , invisible but real.
