I use it often.

The herb in Chinese is pu er.   I buy it at any of several Chinese markets, usually not more than $3-5 a pound.

It is used in their formulas for colds and flus.  It is a moisturizer in general, therefore recommended for diabetes.

It is very good for relaxing the neck and shoulders.  Take a little and you will definitely feel your neck and shoulder area get a lot looser.   I use it, along with curcuma (yu jin), the orange spice tumeric, before any workout.  Yogis use both  before stretching, as kudzu relaxs the shoulders and neck, while tumeric loosens all tendons and ligaments.

I usually grind it in a coffee bean mill, and then stuff it in capsules.

I also use it when recipes call for corn starch.  It makes a great "sauce" as when you cook kung pao, mixing in kudze and water, added slowly, makes that great clear sauce.

it looks like in wiki that it has many uses
but still a very troublesome plant
millions spent on it yearly.

Talks about the benefits of cinnamon: Lowers  glucose and bad cholesterol. (I hope I haven't posted this before.  If you all should come across an article about how to reduce forgetfulness, please do share it here.)

I did make up a brain exercise
not sure it helps on anything , but it does hurt doing it.
mentally count to a hundred and at the same time try visualizing the alphabet
I got as far as m then i had sit down in a quite area and not do that again.
nobody so far has finished it.
you can reverse and think the alphabet and visualize counting.
the results are the same.
I`m not sure you gain or lose IQ point doing this.
none of my friends did it more than once.
and nobody so far finished it
