Permanent buildings have never been a big deal with most Plains Indians. They were traditionally nomadic. It would make sense for this guy to sell it and take the million and leave the house to the Comanches. I doubt that it is likely to become a major tourist attraction, because it is in a rather out of the way place.

The Hopis are the most rooted Indians in this country. Other tribes have sacred places, but they tend not to be associated with any specific individual.
