I am not aware of any scripture that states that the afterlife will be boring.

Scripture is very very vague about the afterlife... far more vague than the Koran's descriptions. It does not say it WON'T be boring, either.

Prayer is not particularly amusing or entertaining.
Singing hymns gets old after a while. It is not really amusing to praise God or Jesus or anyone.

Everything gets old after a while. We know nothing about the afterlife, only that it is presumably eternal.

Oh ?

One of the things it is compared to is a wedding feast.

I would be willing to bet that with that much time to kill, partying will be pretty frequent.

That is a thought. Imagine a Baptist Heaven in which you can get drunk and happy and not have to worry about being seen by other Baptists.
The Koran gets into more detail.

It somehow assumes that  diddling self-renewing virgins is as good as it gets.
This is refuted by the entire Merchant Marine.
