California has some of the most stringent “gun-control” laws in the country, and still the NRA gets blamed – not the gun-free zones, not the inability of citizens to protect themselves and certainly not the shooter.  Blaming the NRA or “craven politicians” won’t stop bad guys – in this case, one filled with racial hatred – from doing bad things.

The old line still rings true: The best and most sure way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.

One thing that the nation should avoid, do not emulate the gun regulations of Chicago.

It is the NRA's fault, for sure.

The whole gun culture has emerged because of these assholes and their desire to peddle guns to everyone.

lol...because it just is.  You realize we had a far GREATER gun culture, decades ago, when firearms were allowed nearly everywhere, including school campuses.  One need only look at the likes of Chicago or DC to see what real "gun control" accomplishes

The more guns there are, the more mass murderers we have.

And yet, with all the guns this country has, you'd think it was wall to wall carnage with that type of mindset, when in reality, the facts demonstrate areas with far more "gun control", have far higher violent crime, especially in those so called "gun free zones", (cues the images of the streets of urban Chicago & DC) while those areas in this country with more permissive gun laws, have less violent crime.

But back to the point made, in that we've had a "gun culture" for a long time now, and its only been over the last couple of decades, that legislators are trying to curb it with where you can't have a gun.

Total fallacy.

Can we have a fact check?

I wouldn't hold your breath.  In fact, if anything expect a snide/demeaning snark.....aimed at me, with any response to your serious question.

Countries that have few guns have few mass murders with guns or none at all/.

We should take a poll on where the NEXT mass shooting will take place!

And in this country, we don't even have to take a poll as to how many more lives are saved with a gun, compared to taken by the use of a gun.  That's just a cold hard fact

Why don't you start keeping a list of the multitudes of people saved by gun nuts instead of jus
t printing the same crap over and over?

I have no need to keep a list.  Just knowing the facts that more lives are saved in this country using, or even just brandishing a gun, than lost, is good enough for me.  I realize how facts can cause hard core liberals, like yourself to curl in convulsion.  I won't lose any sleep over it, though

This being just the latest example.  But by all means, close your eyes and ears.....can't be having these facts get in the way of a good irrational rant of how evil guns are
