the salesperson who sold us the virtual phone system said it was design to handle blackout so we don`t need a dedicated phoneline in case of emergency.
the blackout is now calif. version of snowday
the phones didn`t work til the next day and I still can`t fax out because a physical switch needs to be replace
normally I just simply find a open line and use that
but since the change over to virtual we`re gonna have to do without.
hopefully we`ll learn from this.
