yep and it's all going to charity, the Scholarship assistance to children of Marines and
Federal law enforcement personnel whose parent dies on duty. good to see the money
going to the families of such fine men as this one.

Rush also asked that Leading democrats match the final bid to show their support for the troops (Rush is matching the bid).

No response.

Can it be more obscene, Rush throwing cash in a futile attempt to once again redeem himself in the public eye by the spread of some of the Right Wings easy money?  Maybe it is being put up by the owner of the San Diego team.

How typical.

Drugs often will create that sense of egoistic absolute; I am beginning to think that what people have been listening to all these years is really nothing more than a series of inebriated tough-punk talks, like the short guy who gets belligerent when he has had too much.

How crass.

It can't be all bad when thousands of dollars are contributed by doltish fatcats to orphans and children. And I say this because only a dolt would pay anything over $10 for such a letter, and only a fatcat dolt would be able to.

I am assuming that this is not some meaningless publicity stunt, which is what it looks like. t is one thing to BID on Ebay, and another to actually cough up the money. Rush could easily shill for himself for publicity. His salary is based on his ratings, after all.

There is no reason why anyone, especially the Democrats, should match the amount.

Limbaugh accuses everyone to the left of Genghis Khan of every crime in the book every day. He deserves to be smeared. This is a free country. If Rush can smear them, they can smear Rush.

This type of auction has "pre-approved" bidders, so it's likely the payment will be made.

I am unaware of Rush Limbaugh makeing false accusations .
Perhaps you could help me with a few examples.

Then you can tell me why legislators should be so gullible and so eager to attack a private citizen.
Rush Limbaugh gets paid to tell truth to power , but Senators are public servants , power should not be paid to tell lies to the people.

Yeah, suruuuure, all Limbaugh does is tell the truth.

He particularly likes to insult people who have done no harm to anyone, like Chelsea Clinton.

He isn't a private citizen, he is a paid hatemonger and a despicable propagandist.\

Lastly, he is a disgrace to Missourians everywhere.

May God rot Rush Limbaugh!

Yes ,that is pretty bad . I would have told him not to pick on the kids.

I suppose that this excuses Senators to lower their standards and their credulity too.
