My Taiwanese friend invites me to Thanksgiving dinner at a Chinese Buffet restaurant every year. They serve a lot of Taiwanese specialties, but most of them tend to be rather slimy and icky. There were several I liked, but I don't remember the name and they are hard to describe, other than fish is involved in making them.
I once had some fried rattlesnake in Tlaxcala, Mexico. Like white meat chicken, and sort of greasy like everything else fried by Mexicans.
I am looking forward to Uruguayan and Argentine beef. None better, anywhere.
