What a dumb remark. We both know that no one is going to prosecute an alleged rape that happened in 1978. Nor unless someone comes up with a video. There was insufficient evidence in 1978 and it still is insufficient.

I imagine that there are many crimes you could get away with scot-free if you did proper research.

Clarence Thomas is the most incompetent Justice in my lifetime, but his major problems are corruption, sloth and stupidity, not just disrespect for women.
