I`m leaving now to buys some all beef dogs and beanless chili on something with gluten.


taking advantage I can eat something like that while I still can.

just using gluten as a general reference of food being avoided. I`m starting to develop quite a list of foods to avoid and thankfully gluten hasn`t been on it so far. recently ginger got on list.
