Way to go President Putin!
Russia has killed the "Bin Laden" of Russia.

This Islamic terrorist had attacked/killed/injured many innocent Russian civilians in a Moscow airport,
a mass transit rail station, and many other places.

Umarov was also on the US Most Wanted Terrorist list.
