Nah, it's all for show. He really just supports the murdering thugs and rapists. And the low hanging fruit, as well.

Don't be so closed-minded.  We'll see how many new rapes, tortures and murders these thugs commit now that they see a firm hand at the helm.  I'm willing to give the guy a chance.  He's off to a good start.
