Makes one wonder if Obama is the one who was in charge of his campaign, when he was running, or were there folks pulling his strings.  Because, as soon as he became a 2nd term president, he's been horrible on the campaign trail.  Not because of his still prolific fund raising, but that his policies are coming home to roost.

The duplicity of his actions are so transparent, and so not being a leader.  Bush II, as much as some folks may hate him, made decisions, he felt were necessary, and despite the polls, supported and pushed them.  Not via executive fiat, as he went thru all the legislative and constitutional channels required.  And the decisions were made, not based on when the next election was coming, but based on the circumstances at that time

This president is perfecting the term "leading from behind".  Nothing is pro-active, outside of pushing as many left wing polcies as he could, when he had a Democrat controlled House/Senate.  Every other decision is based on what's politically least punitive to him and the party.  That's not leadership, that's cowardice.  From pushing Obamacare mandates, unconstitutionally past the elections, to pending unconstitutional executive order granting amnesty to illegal immigrants, again past the election.  IF these issues were so important, and the legisation that vital, there'd been no delays, there'd be no end arounds the legislative process.

But they're not important....not if they lessen the # of Democrat votes at the end of the day.  Obama isn't some "new age politician" bringing a new mode of Governing in DC.  He's the epitome of an old school backroom politician, looking to push every quid-pro-quo party platform program, and try not to let anyone catch him doing it......except to play golf

Which takes me back to the original point of this post....is it really him that's demonstrating such a deplorable example of an out of touch Presidential leader?...or is there some "oligarchy" pulling his strings?    :-\

How do you prevent PACS from picking out impressive-sounding names legally?
Isn't that a violation of freedom of speech?

If Guido and Vito, who run a loansharking business decide to start a PAC they call "Americans for Capitalist Fereedom", how do you force them to change their name to something like "Greaseballs for Usury"?

Rainbow Push seems to get away with it.  So does Leage of Conservation Women.  Or one of my favorites, Americans for Responsible Solutions......anything BUT responsible.  How do you force them to change their names??
