Perhaps it is entirely legal to strut down the street with a loaded shotgun.
Perhaps it is also legal to tell a policemen who stops you and asks for ID that he has no right to ask for ID.
Nonetheless, I consider anyone who does this to be rather insane, and I would not sell them a life insurance policy.
Civilians packing guns do not make me feel safe. They make me feel like I would prefer to be elsewhere soon.
