Maybe all is forgiven now since he endorsed Obama, but he has recently said that he may not endorse him again in '12 (duh). Sammy Berger was the worst NSA Advisor, because he committed a felony and stole classifed documents. There were 2400 deaths at Pearl Harbor. Was that FDR's fault?

I highly doubt that Cheney tore anybody in the Bush administration to pieces in his book. That is just wishful thinking on your part. Telling an intersting story about a decision somebody made is not "tearing somebody to pieces."

I agree that Powell has to live with his declarations at the UN about the WMD's. I did not, however, say that he attained his rank because of race.

I do not know how much information he was given or how long he looked at it. he was played for a fool by Dick Cheney and Don Rumsfeld, but I think that he really did believe their bogus tales of WMD's.

I know that I did not, and that I was opposed to going to war in Iraq, and that the information looked phony to me.

I find it droll that Cheney writes a book and wants to get into a Big Giant Dickswinging contest with his former collaborators,and yet cannot say "I am sorry. I was wrong" even once. Not to me, but to all the US troops killed and their families and all the Iraqis driven from their homes and killed for no reason.
