No, not really. Think about it.

I have. If i wanted to show "the man" being oppressive, i would cut the part where I instigated the action such as pelting them with rocks and bottles , and just show the reaction, helmets down and batons a swinging.

Tell me that hasn't been done before.

I don't have a cell phone, and probably won't unless I go on a trip or have to drive a long distance.  Phone cameras are completely out of my league. I don't have a minicam.
But they're here, I don't think they have a liberal agenda, and if they can be used for good, let's use'em.

If that fails, we still got guns.  Yay 2nd Amendment!
Planned Parenthood is America’s most trusted provider of reproductive health care.

I don't think they have a liberal agenda,

Inanimate objects usually don't have agendas. The people behind them can and often do.

camera phones has changed everything.
as long as you don`t do any crime it`s not a problem
I was writing license plates and this guy took one of me.
all I`m doing is charging him of illegal parking ($150 fine)
his picture of me only prove he was trespassing.
he wasn`t thinking clearly

and what about infringement of my privacy?  Now that should be a huge concern for all the liberals.  hummmn.... lets go a bit further shall we....

What about locker rooms, public bathrooms.  Hell is it your business where I eat, drink, shop, pray?  Let alone my little Scotty or Buffy at baseball or cheerleading camp.

Why next thing you know they are on the internet being sold as kiddy porn or with the caption below saying, "......blah blah blah, Priceless."

Oh but wait, we can have it both ways, 1. to bring down the man
or 2. invade my privacy.

So, then you're against Bush's Wiretapping schemes, then I would assume?

I notice that all of the what ifs have been posed as non-responses.

I am glad you were doing your job.  Did you go over and ask if it was his car?

And Brass,

I already stated how I feel about invasion of privacy....why would you feel the need to obfuscate and ask a redundant question?
Looking for support of your governmental paranoia?

Nope, just wanting to verify any rank hypocrisy.

he said that was his car and when I pointed at the sign in front of his car that he`s parked in private property.
he brought out his phone and I asked is he taking my picture,he said yes.
he don`t get if he said he took the picture he will be admitting he`s on private property.
that picture is evidence against him.
also it`s not my job,I was just helping a friends with his condo
way too many people parking at the tenent parking lot who don`t live there.
every car that stay`s more than a week gets reported and it`s logged by digital camera so there will be no mistake.

this is not just a liberal issue
conservatives don`t care for lack of privacy also.
but there are existing laws to deal with this.
whether they get enforced is another matter

ex. upskirt pctures are illegal in some states and growing.
it kinda hard to bringup 1st amendment when nobody ever said they don`t mind getting thier picture takien that way.

so you are the hypocrisy police.  I guess that is a safe place to be rather than add to the debate of whether or not an unsolicited pic is an invasion of privacy.
